Your personal data may be processed by authorised FUNGASTIQUE personnel for a number of purposes.

Each purpose is associated with a "legal basis", which justifies the processing carried out.

Your data is also retained for a predetermined period, which depends on the purpose of the processing. This period is expressed as an "active retention" period — corresponding to the stage at which your data is actively processed to achieve the purpose described in the table below — and as an "intermediate archive" period — corresponding to a state of restricted-access data storage. Data held in intermediate archive is no longer actively used for the purpose of the processing, but is retained in order to comply with a legal obligation and/or to enable us to defend our rights in legal proceedings, if necessary.

Active retention: Duration of the recruitment process plus 2 additional years unless you have objected. Intermediate archive: 5 years from the end of the recruitment process.

Retention of login information for security purposes Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of our information systems. Active retention: 6 months from the date the data is recorded. Intermediate archive: N/A.

Studies and statistics based on customer data Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in obtaining information about our audience. Active retention: Until the study is completed. Intermediate archive: N/A.

Customer relationship management, including order fulfilment Legal basis: Legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship and recovering invoices. Active retention: Until full performance of the contract. Intermediate archive: 5 years from the end of the commercial relationship; 10 years for accounting data.

Managing enquiries received via our contact form Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in responding to individuals who contact us. Active retention: For the duration of processing the request, unless a particular reason requires longer retention. Intermediate archive: N/A.

Managing prospecting activities, including newsletter distribution Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in growing our customer base; your consent where required by law. Managing prize draws and competitions Legal basis: Performance of the competition rules, or our legitimate interest in conducting the competition.
