we ship within France, across the European Union, and internationally.

for deliveries outside the EU, customs, duties, local taxes or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. these charges are at the discretion of the client.

delivery times & tracking

delivery times and shipping costs are confirmed at checkout. once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to you.

estimated delivery times are :

- France : 2 to 4 business days

- European Union : 2 to 8 business days

- international : varies by destination

right of withdrawal

in accordance with consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. to do so, please contact us at : contact@fungastique.com

return conditions

due to the nature of our products (food supplements), only products that are :

- new ·

- unopened

- unsealed

- unused

- returned in their original intact packaging

may be eligible for a refund. any opened or unsealed product cannot be accepted for return on hygiene and health protection grounds.

products must be returned within 7 days of the withdrawal notification. return shipping costs are at the discretion of the client, unless the error is attributable to fungastique.

damaged product or error

if your parcel arrives damaged or if an error is identified, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, attaching :

- photographs of the parcel and/or product

- a precise description

- your order number

upon verification, we will be able to offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

refund

if all conditions are met, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the returned products. initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is attributable to fungastique.
